How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of ordering (usually same day) and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service at a flat rate of £4.05.

Do you accept returns?
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, providing the item is in its original condition and is undamaged. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days, excluding postage costs.

What happens if my order arrives broken?
In the very sad case of your order arriving broken, a full refund will be issued providing you send detailed photos of the damaged item within 10 days of receiving it.

What do I do with the packing peanuts?
The packing peanuts included with your order for protection are made of starch so are biodegradable - just throw them on your compost or wash them down the sink.​

Can I commission a custom item?
Sure! Send me a message using the contact form and I'd be happy to discuss creating a custom order for you. This might include personalisation of an existing product for example adding a name or message, or creating something completely bespoke for you.

Are your products food/microwave/dishwasher safe?
Yes! Unless stated otherwise, all glazed products are food safe, and are suitable for use in the microwave & dishwasher.

The unglazed part of my product is stained, how do I clean it?
Over time, the unglazed base of a mug or plate may look a little stained as it is unprotected from glaze. To clean it, simply mix some baking soda with water to create a paste and scrub the clay with it. This should remove any light staining.

Why does my order look different from the photo on your website?
All products are handmade and glazed by me in my home studio. The joy of pottery is that you never really know how things are going to turn out as glaze reactions in the kiln differ each time, so as a result, each product is totally unique and may differ slightly from another item designed & glazed in the same way. If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch & I will do my best to rectify any issues.
